- Exchange Policy: In the event of any dispute, products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Exchange Request: The exchange request is made within the specified time frame (7 days from delivery).
Faulty or Damaged Products: The item(s) are found to be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Product: The received product(s) differ from the original order.
Missing Items: Items such as price tags, labels, or original packaging are missing from the package.
Evidence Requirement: If the products are found to be damaged or missing, please provide clear images of the outer packaging (along with the damaged item) before discarding the packaging. These images are required as evidence and must be emailed to help@hrfabricss.com
Exchange Request Procedure: To initiate an exchange request, please email pictures of the defective or incorrect item(s) to help@hrfabricss.com or call +92 3277907917 within 7 days of receiving your order. Each dispute will be assessed individually, and we will make every effort to ensure fairness to both parties.
Resolution and Replacement: Once the dispute is reviewed and settled fairly, HR FABRICS will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the same product, based on the original invoice.
Time Limit: No disputes will be entertained or accepted after the 7-day period from the date of delivery.
- Payments you make for buying the products on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
